Samay Raina is a stand-up comedian and online chess game broadcaster from India. He is well-known for his open mic stand-ups and for being a co-winner of Comicstaan alongside Akash Gupta. Samay Raina was born on October 26, 1997, to a Kashmiri Pandit family in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. However, because to safety concerns, his family was forced to leave their birthplace and go to New Delhi. They relocated to Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, after a few years. Samay attended school in Hyderabad and earned a bachelor's degree in printing engineering from the Pune Vidhyarthi Griha College of Engineering and Technology.
